Ben Smith is the driving force behind Magnolia Property Solutions, LLC. Ben is a retired Army veteran who has personally bought over 80 properties, approaching $20M in total sales/ownership volume. With a passion for home renovations, Ben also specializes in creative financing (seller financing structure, SD-IRAs, 1031 exchanges, etc) and value-add deals, and has a personal investment portfolio that includes several short- and long-term residential rental properties. Ben is also a licensed and active General Contractor in Florida, and enjoys development projects, new construction, and commercial investment deals. Ben volunteers his time sponsoring other service members as they separate from military service and enter the real estate industry, through Magnolia's partnership with the DoD SkillBridge program.
